Many websites offer a MLS search. These are great for looking for a home surfing around the cyber network. However, you are limited to a ambiguous amount of information. Your Realtor can modify your search if your circumstances or wants have changed.
It makes it much easier and much more efficient than driving around and looking or trying to find a home yourself on a conventional web site.
