Oklahoma Real Estate Traffic

Oklahoma City Real Estate traffic is experiencing some congestion today.  There are several foreclosures flipped on their sides at the corner of Bargain and Good Deal,  blocking a lot of prospective families from Dream Home Avenue.

On the other side of Oklahoma City Real Estate, the Credit Score Train is holding up new buyers at It's Repairable Blvd.

Some buyers that haven't save up for a down payment and are broke down on the side of the on ramp entering Planning For My Future Highway.

Low ball offers on La La lane have traffic going in circles and out of town buyers don't know who or where to stop and ask for directions.
Mortgage lender Fuel Stations are being pumped dry by non qualifying buyers and the rubber neckers seem to be speeding by the new home showrooms.  There is a little road rage between serious buyers on Move In Ready Circle.

A lot of buyers haven't seen the light that has turned green at the intersection of Time to Buy and Availability.
The renters fearing commitment are holding up traffic on the Home Ownership Expressway
