The Green Light to Buy a Home

You just got the green light to buy a home.  Your lender called and is sending you a copy of your qualification to obtain a mortgage.  This is a very exciting moment that you don't hear a lot about on blogs.  Why would you blog about it?  You should be telling your Realtor that you can make an offer when a property becomes available that you might be interested in.
